Newglen has successfully secured the full groundworks package for new (MMC) Development in Waltham Forest.
Project Duties:
- Installation Of Pile Mat and Attendance to piling contractor
- Supply and Fix Ring beam foundation
- Installation of all drainage and connection to main sewage network
- External hard landscaping including installation of permeable surfacing
- Supply and install fencing requirement
- Install new UKPN substation to rear of site
