Skinners’ Hall is a Grade I Listed Building and has been home to the Worshipful Company of Skinners for over 700 years. The original medieval buildings suffered in the Great Fire of London (1666), and was destroyed to ground level. However, parts of the basement survived and are now preserved as a Scheduled Ancient Monument.

Newglen completed the small groundworks and demolition package for a new temporary school building at Bingley Grammar School Bradford. This project was completed during the school period at was completed in a manner that allowed the school to remain fully functional. This project was completed in the tight timeframe of 8 weeks and within budget.

Newglen had the task of completing the foundations, new drainage and surfacing works for a new canopy installation at Lister Community School, East Ham, London. These works were complete over the school term time and were carried out in a manner that allowed the school to remain fully operational and functional.

Newglen has successfully secured the full groundworks package for new (MMC) Development in Waltham Forest. Project Duties: Installation Of Pile Mat and Attendance to piling contractor Supply and Fix Ring beam foundation Installation of all drainage and connection to main sewage network External hard landscaping including installation of permeable surfacing Supply and install fencing requirement

From start to finish; Newglen carried out this Section 278 works over a 5 day span finished to the highest quality and  the safest standard.
